  My wife and I decided to dine at Houlihan's during the evening of December 4, 2016 (after a Chiefs game). They had a wine special in which she wanted to partake. As usual I'd enjoy some specialty drinks. We both sat at the bar and were immediately overwhelmed by how loud the televisions were (there was nobody left in the bar)...we could barely hear the bartender (who was not friendly and said 'huh?' several times to us). After I requested two different drinks (each time the grumpy bartender told me they weren't very good) I opted for the $8.50 margarita. It was good but not worth the other 'less' expensive drinks. I had beers the rest of the evening so I knew what I was ordering.
  
  This same bartender continued to be grumpy towards the other wait staff and customers until he was finally replaced by the evening shift bartender who was much friendlier to all concerned. I asked this bartender if he would kindly turn down the television a bit and he did...from a 95 volume to 70. Much better.
  
  My wife and I enjoyed our dinners and the rest of the evening. I honestly don't recall a bartender that was so bad at his job as was this 'grumpy' bartender.
  
  Will I return? Yet to be determined.
